About Maria Earle-Gal

I became a coach because I understand what it means to keep going when life asks more than feels sustainable — and how much difference it makes to have structured support that is entirely your own.

I have been the person whose health was sending signals they didn’t have space to hear. Who was supporting a parent through decline from another country. Who was raising children across cultures and languages, trying to give them both roots and wings. Who had built a career that looked successful from the outside but was held together, internally, by a long list of shoulds. Who was starting over in unfamiliar places, rebuilding a sense of home and self from the ground up.

These experiences are not separate from my coaching. They are the reason I can sit with you in the middle of complexity without needing to rush you out of it.

Two decades inside organisations — alongside formal grounding in people and change — also shaped my understanding of how pressure builds over time, and how rarely the professional and personal can be neatly separated.

What I offer is a coaching relationship that holds the whole of who you are — warm, structured, and deeply human. Many of the people I work with have spent years putting themselves last. That is often where we begin.

My Approach

Coaching with me is structured, but never rigid. We work with what is most present and most important for you, rather than following a fixed agenda.

I bring full attention to the work — not only to what feels difficult, but also to what is already steady, capable, and available in you. Compassion is not an add-on in this process; it is the foundation that allows real clarity to emerge.

The work is evidence-informed and psychologically grounded, but it remains human and relational in nature. You will be heard, gently challenged where it is useful, and supported in finding your own clarity — not handed mine.

Each session is a calm, focused space that is entirely for you.
