Coaching is a structured, forward-focused conversation. It isn't therapy, mentoring, or consulting — I won't tell you what to do or analyse your past. Instead, I work alongside you to help you think more clearly, reconnect with what matters, and find your own way forward. The answers you're looking for are often already within you — or within reach. My role is to help you access them.
Coaching is for anyone navigating terrain their current map wasn't drawn for. That might be a professional transition, a cross-cultural move, the pressure of a demanding career, the pull between caring for others and finding space for yourself, or simply a sense that something needs to shift but you're not quite sure what. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from coaching. Many of my clients are already coping — they're simply ready for something more.
Not at all. My clients come from many different walks of life — corporate professionals under pressure, people who have relocated to support a partner's career and are finding their own footing in the process, individuals whose stress has started to show up in their health, and those simply standing at a crossroads. What my clients share is not a job title — it's the readiness to do something about where they find themselves.
My approach is warm, structured, and evidence-based. I bring deep listening and genuine curiosity to every conversation, alongside real experience of what people go through in complex personal and professional lives. I won't judge you, push you toward a particular outcome, or tell you what to do. What I will do is hold space for your thinking and feeling, ask the questions that matter, and support you as you work out the actions you want to take.
The COMPASS framework is the structured process at the heart of my coaching practice. It was developed to help clients move through a journey — from reconnecting with what matters, to regaining clarity, to navigating change with intention.
What makes it distinctive is not just the direction it provides, but what it actively works against: the inner critic, the pressure to have it all figured out, and the kind of relentless self-scrutiny that gets in the way of real progress. COMPASS creates conditions for change that are honest and grounded — not punishing.
It also has sustainability built into its design. That means pacing the work so it doesn’t become another source of pressure, and ensuring that what shifts during our time together continues to hold once coaching ends. Structure without rigidity. Progress without burnout. A clear shape, with plenty of room for what’s most alive for you in any given session.
Coaching is a personal investment, and the right programme looks different for everyone. I offer three structured options — three, six, or nine sessions — each designed for a different depth of work, from focused exploration of a single issue to deep transformation through a major transition. For those who want to maintain a regular coaching practice beyond a programme, there is also an ongoing retainer option. We’ll talk through what feels right for you before we begin.
All coaching takes place online via video call. I work with clients across the UK and internationally — which means wherever you are, we can work together.
Coaching is a personal investment, and the right programme looks different for everyone. Fees are discussed as part of an initial conversation, where we can explore what you're looking for and which offering best suits your needs. To get started, simply get in touch.
Therapy tends to focus on understanding and healing the past. Coaching is focused on the present and future — on where you are now, where you want to be, and what's getting in the way. That said, coaching does take the whole person into account, including the emotional dimension of whatever you're navigating. If at any point it becomes clear that therapeutic support would serve you better, I'll say so — and help point you in the right direction.
A mentor shares their own experience and offers guidance based on what worked for them. A coach doesn't. My job isn't to give you my answers — it's to help you find yours. That distinction matters, because the best way forward for you may look nothing like the path anyone else has taken. That said, mentoring has its own value — I've been fortunate to have had wonderful mentors myself, and I continue to mentor people privately. If that's something you'd like to explore, I'm happy to have that conversation separately.
